Keep exercising even during inclement weather. Eighteen times around
the gym equals one mile! Periodically we have sponsors from rehabs
offices to enhance our walking program—check our newsletter for upcoming

One hour massages are available the first three Monday's of the month
and every Thursday, by appointment only, from 9:00am to 2:00pm. The fee
is $50.
Foot Reflexology
Foot Reflexology is available the second and last Wednesday of the
month. From 9:30am to 2:00pm by appointment only. The fee is $35.
