Think you are not tournament quality, haven’t played in a while, a beginner, just want to play for fun?  We have a special bracket for YOU this year!  We are offering a RECREATIONAL Bracket.

FORMAT:         
Open ABCD drop flight (any age)
Senior:  Open ABCD drop flight (35+,50+)

Special “RECREATIONAL” Bracket for those who have never played a tournament, haven’t played in a long while or are fairly new to badminton and just want to have fun.

* Each draw limited to 32 entries. Entrants limited to 6 events.

Deadline -     
MUST BE POSTMARKED BY May 25, 2008

COST:                  
$20.00 for the 1st event, $10.00 for each additional event, late fee after May 25 is $ 5.00

SCHEDULE OF PLAY:
All Open ABCD, Senior:  Singles (including finals)........... Starting at 6:30 PM Friday
Senior Doubles (including finals)...........starting at 9:00 AM Saturday
All Open ABCD: Doubles (including finals)...........starting at 11:00 AM Saturday
Badminton 101……….starting at 1:00 PM Saturday
All Open ABCD: Mix Doubles (including finals)...........starting at 9:00 AM Sunday
Senior Mixed Doubles (including finals)...........starting at  10:00 AM Sunday

MISCELLANEOUS:           
* Shuttles will be sold at the tournament desk for $1.50 each.
* When you register, you MUST sign a USAB Release Form.
* Louisville Badminton Supply will provide stringing services.

DIRECTIONS:  From Metro Detroit Airport, take I-94 West to I-275 North, exit on Eight Mile Road, go west 3 miles, left turn on N. Center Street.  Gym is located in the rear of Hillside Middle School which is directly on the SW corner.
