Little Ninjas
An introductory karate class specifically designed for younger children. it focuses on teaching children 8 important main life skills: focus, memory, teamwork, discipline, self-control, fitness, balance and coordination. All of this is achieved through exciting and fun games and activities. a responsible adult must remain in attendance during class.

Kids Power Karate
Traditional martial arts training to children with emphasis on self-defense, physical fitness, conflict resolution, team-work, and anti-kidnapping technique. Also, prevention, self-respect and other skills taught. It's a 20-year proven program that is positive, fun and exciting! There is no better program for kids! Wear loose fitting clothes. A responsible adult must remain in attendance during class.

Junior Olympic Karate
This established Gold Medal Martial Arts Program for children, teens and adults, has provided students with practical martial arts and self-defense techniques while stressing self control, discipline, respect, and perseverance. Classes taught by Master Doug Bourgeois, a 6th degree black belt with over 38 years of martial arts experience.
