Summer 2018

Senior Fest 2018
Wednesday, June 6 from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm; $9
Come celebrate being a Senior! Come to one of the free morning sessions and stay for the afternoon festivities! The morning is optional and free but registration is required. Doors open at 11:00 am for the afternoon session. Visit vendors before the Opening Ceremonies followed by a Lee's Chicken Boxed Lunch. Finishing the festivities will be the classic rock and country sounds of The Saddle Rock Band.

Morning Session:
Silver Chair Fitness Class
10:00 am join Julie Burt who will lead a 45 minute Silver Chair class to get you going in the morning and ready for all the fun to follow in the afternoon. Space is limited so please register at the Community Center desk if interested in attending this free class.

Road Scholar Program
10:00 am join this non profit organization as they show their educational trips for adults. They develop one-of-a-kind experiences with rich, multifaceted investigations into every topic and trip destination. Come get inspired to take a trip of a lifetime!

Afternoon Session
Pick up a Senior Fest bag and vendor card when you sign in. Have the vendors sign your card as you visit their tables. Each full card will be entered into a drawing to win fabulous gift baskets and prizes from the vendors!

11:00 am Visit Vendors-
A wide variety of vendors will be present to visit and receive expert advice on senior related matters as well as collecting some great giveaways. Please support our vendors as they help support the Northville Community Senior Services programs through the year.

12:00 pm Opening Ceremony-
Members of the local VFW will present the colors and our own Jessica Rushing will sing the National Anthem and America the Beautiful - you won't want to miss it!

Followed by Lee's Chicken Boxed Lunch -
A three piece original chicken meal with mashed potatoes, and coleslaw will be served. Dessert and beverage included.

Approximately 1:00 - 3:00 pm Music and Dancing -
Enjoy the Classic Rock and County sounds of The Saddle Rock Band to round out the festivities!
